Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $125K in Summerfield, FL. After having the sale of my home with another realtor, and having no responses to viewings or open houses, I took it off the market after 6 1/2 months. I relisted with Gloria immediately. Why Do I need a Realtor?


Real estate is not rocket science, in fact in some respects selling real estate is simple. There is however a big difference between simple and easy. Someone once told me many years ago that bull riding is simple. You keep the bull between you and the ground. It is simple, but it is not easy.

Ultimately, a good Realtor's® greatest value comes from being able to guide you safely through the sale or purchase process. The average home owner may only purchase and sell three or four houses in a lifetime.

I’ve sold hundreds of homes.  Every sale has held valuable lessons that I use to help guide my home owners and home buyers.

Today's real estate market has a lot of turbulence, whether you are selling or buying. For homeowners who need to sell, your Realtor® can help you understand values in your area, and can offer marketing suggestions to make your home stand out in a crowded market.

A few tips when listing:

1.  Select a Realtor who knows your community.   Not necessrily a real estate company who has the same name as the community your home is located.

2.  Try to find a Realtor who lives in same area or even better same community.  She will have networked your community and have solid buyers.

3.  Choose someone you trust and will go the extra distance for you.  If your agent is too busy with tons of listings, they may not have time to pay attention to your listing. 

4.  Ask neighbors and friends who they would use, or have used in the past.   What type experience was their purchase or sale.
