Just because an agent is with a "big box" real estate company doesn't mean they are best to sell your home in the retirement neighborhood you live.

Although this may be true in non-gated communities, it doesn't work as well in our central Florida retirement communities.

Suggestion is to list with the agent with the most "exposure" in your specific community.   She will have the leads, sign calls and referrals to get your home sold fast. 

In this day of computers, office front presence isn't as important as ten years ago.
