Met Gloria while walking Zeus at the Preserve area for Spruce Creek South. This is also a Dog Park with dogs walking their owner every morning and evening. You can walk a little way (little dog park are) or as far as a mile or two to the big dog park. (Golf carts are sometimes used and welcome). Her enthusium for the community and inventory of reasonablely priced home got our attention. We purchased a perfect home for us within a week and closed within a month.
